With a large interior space for a golfing simulator, you can play or practise your golfing techniques whatever the season or weather. With its contemporary look and UPVC windows and doors, your building will look smart and professional, making your garden really stand out from the crowd.
With a 2.1m internal eaves height and a large floor space, the Evolution Golf Pod gives you all the space you need for a large projector screen and space to practice your shots. The building is also fully insulated with double glazing as standard, so you can enjoy your building and play golf all year round. You can also spend more time practising yourself in the privacy of your own garden so you will always be on top form and stay ahead of your competition!

If you have space for decking and outdoor seating, you can relax outside in your garden whilst being able to view the simulator through the large extra tall windows, making it easy to spectate and keep track of scores! This can be done at any time of the year and even in the evening, so you can golf as long as you like without any restrictions.

If you are a professional golfer or simply wanting to teach your family, then having a golf simulator next to your home is a great place to have some lessons. If you like to play golf often but don’t have as much time as you like to spend at the golf course, having a simulator a stone’s throw away can save you time travelling to the course, and also it can save you money on membership fees.
If you are a professional coach, having a simulator is a great place to teach the basics in the privacy of your own garden room. You can also spend as much time as you want on the course or hole without worrying about other players. Your building also looks as professional as the golf course itself, and so you can coach in confidence knowing that you will make a great impression on your clients or friends.
Fully Insulated as standard
The Evolution Golf Pod is fully insulated as standard so you can use your garden all through the year. So that you can have the maximum amount of space inside your building we have fully lined the walls, floor and ceiling with our space-saving multifoil insulation. Its quilted, multi-layer design provides excellent u-values which makes it the same as having 120mm glass wool insulation but will all the extra space. The extra insulating layers lock in the air inside the foil, creating a barrier of air on both sides in the wall cavities, keeping in the temperature inside your building. We also pre-line all of the building panels to make it easier and quicker to assemble your building.
Your building is also fully internally clad with our beaded MDF cladding, which is also primed ready for you to paint how you like. It is also smooth to the touch and gives the inside of your building a premium finish.
Upgrade to UPVC Windows and Doors
The Evolution Golf Pod comes with double glazed timber doors and windows as standard, but if you wish to have even better u-values and added security, then our UPVC window and door upgrade is a perfect choice. Our double glazing in our UPVC doors and window is 4mm toughened glass with a 20mm spacer. They are manufactured in the UK with high-quality components and tested in compliance with quality management systems.
Our UPVC Windows and Doors also come with a multipoint locking mechanism and high-security hinges so that you can be sure you can store your items safely away and also keeping them in their best condition. We also offer a choice of colours so you can tailor your building to your own tastes.

Our insulated buildings are hand made by our expert team, ensuring your building is made from the best quality materials and is sealed and lined to our highest standards. Our panels are checked and carefully packed to ensure your building arrives safely and to ensure an easy build. The Evolution Golf Pod building panels are stored inside our facility, away from the weather so you can be sure your building will arrive in its best condition.
Easy Self Assembly
Your garden room has been designed to be simple to erect and will be delivered flat packed in modular panels with instructions and all necessary fixings. Each panel is positioned and fixed in place in simple stages, as shown in the instructions. This means that if you have some basic DIY skills and experience, you should be able to put your building together. For safety and to handle any heavier parts, we recommend that the building be assembled by two people so that the parts can be held in place and fitted at the same time.
Before the building arrives, a solid level base must be prepared for assembly, and there should be enough space outside your house for the delivery. Our panels are also pre-lined with our multi-foil insulation, requiring only the internal cladding to be installed, making the construction process more enjoyable.
Bespoke Options
We have designed your Evolution Golf Pod with upgradability in mind, allowing you to tailor your home to your exact specifications.
We offer several premium upgrade options, including the ability to upgrade your floor to 19mm or 28mm for heavy-duty applications. To provide additional protection for your Evolution, we have included our EPDM Rubber Roof as standard, which will provide you with over 20 years of service.
With its modular design, we can customise your Evolution Golf Pod to fit your garden or outdoor space by adding extra side doors and windows. To go with the long fixed double glazed windows that come standard. Please give us a call if you would like to discuss your requirements in more detail.

EPDM Rubber Roof as standard
An EPDM rubber roof is a better option than our standard mineral felt in the longer time due to its increased durability. Our rubber roofing will provide you with a high-quality long-term roof covering that will last for more than 20 years, making it very cost-effective.
Because of its heat and cold resistance, EPDM rubber roof coverings can be installed in areas prone to extreme weather conditions. An EPDM rubber roof will not split or crack, even in extreme heat or cold.
Rubber flat roofing installation is simple with the right tools and some basic DIY skills, and you may not even require professional assistance. The EPDM rubber roof is delivered in a single piece of membrane that covers the entire roof area.
If you don’t want to spend a lot of time removing moss and algae from your roof, EPDM rubber roofing is a great option from Project Timber because of its low maintenance.
Rubber flat roofing systems have excellent life spans and a life expectancy of more than 20 years when properly installed. As a result, it is a long-term investment that will provide trouble-free service to your outbuilding for many years.
